TERMS OF SERVICES

By commissioning me, you have agreed to the following terms:

1. Copyrights and Permissions
◇─◇──◇────────────────────◇──◇─◇

» I, the artist, reserve all copyrights and related rights for all of my commissioned artwork, including but not limited to:
- Self-promotion
- Publishing on social media/portfolio with your name if required
- Printing books with your consent obtained beforehand
- Other copyright I am entitled to in accordance with international law» Commissioner can only use my commission for non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
- Reposting on social media with proper credit given to the artist
- Using as icon/avatar/header/cover/etc.
- Printing in a small amount (less than 10 pieces per artwork)
for PERSONAL use only» Commissioner cannot:
- Claim as your own drawing and take away the credit
- Trace, edit, reproduce or use for any commercial purposes
without obtaining my consent
- Use for competition or NFTs and other similar blockchains
- Use for AI art generation

2. Payment and Refund

» I accept payment upfront via Paypal or Ko-fi, USD only.» Paypal: I'll send an invoice to you with the following information.» Ko-fi: I'll send my ko-fi account which you can use as a means of transaction.» Please pay full upfront if you want to reserve a slot.
I'll give 5 working days to finalize whether I'll work on your commission (in reservation cases), otherwise, it'll be canceled automatically.In case you have an urgent situation and can't pay, please inform me beforehand.

3. Process

» Commission turnaround time usually: 2-3 weeks after I've started your commission. Queue list and delays will be notified!» Backgrounds (requested), intricate + additional details (such as pets, etc.) may have additional fees depending on the complexity.» I update my process sketch-lineart-final.
I appreciate it if I can get feedback within 5 working days, so I can work on your piece as soon as possible,
otherwise I'll prioritize the commissioner after you.» I'll send rough idea sketch and lineart step if required. I won't continue any further without your approval.» Sketch updates are free of charge. Lineart and coloring may require additional fees, depending on the complexity.» You can always ask for an update on your commission, but please don't rush me. I appreciate your patience!» Please prepare references beforehand.
